1. Introduction
At Gradding, we are committed to delivering high-quality education, counselling, and study-abroad support through our online and offline learning programs. We encourage students to carefully review this Refund Policy before enrolling in any course or service.
All purchases made on Gradding.com or through official Gradding representatives are final and binding, subject to the refund conditions outlined below. By enrolling in any course or service, the student agrees to abide by this policy.

2. Important General Conditions
- Refunds are NOT based on personal satisfaction, preference, teaching style, batch timing, or perceived difficulty level.
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly and maintain active participation.
- Failure to attend classes without valid justification does not qualify for a refund.
- Refund requests must strictly follow the timeline and procedure mentioned below.
3. Refund Request Timeline
- Any refund request must be raised within 48 hours of enrolment/payment.
- Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered, under any circumstances.
- Refund requests submitted after classes have started or after access to course material is granted are automatically rejected.
4. Refund Eligibility – Test Preparation Courses (Online & Offline)
Non-Refundable Courses
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- German, French, or any other language training programs
- Offline classroom programs
- Online live batch programs
- One-to-One classes
- Self-study programs
Once enrolled, fees paid for test preparation courses cannot be refunded or adjusted.
Attendance & Leave Policy Impact on Refund
- Students are required to join classes daily as per batch schedule.
- If a student:
o Takes informed or uninformed leave, and
o Requests a refund after 2–3 days or later,
No refund will be granted.
- Informing the team about leave does not make the student eligible for a refund.
5. Health-Based Refund Requests (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds may be considered only in extreme medical cases, subject to:
- Submission of valid medical documents (doctor’s prescription, reports, bills).
- Refund request must be raised within 48 hours of enrolment.
- Approval is solely at the discretion of Gradding.
- If 25% or more of the course/classes have already been completed, no refund will be issued, even for medical reasons.
6. Mock Tests, Practice Material & Tech Tools
- Mock tests, AI tools, dashboards, gradding systems, and practice materials are provided FREE with the course.
- Refunds will NOT be processed based on dissatisfaction or issues related to:
o Mock tests
o AI evaluation or grading
o Technical dashboards
o Free study material
- Since these features are complimentary, they do not form a refundable component of the course fee.
7. Batch, Seat & Instalment Policy
- All classes are conducted in limited-seat batches.
- Seat allocation is final once enrolment is completed.
- If a student:
o Fails to pay the second instalment within 7 days,
o The first instalment will be forfeited, and
o Dashboard and class access will be revoked immediately.
- Instalment payments are non-refundable once the batch has commenced.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- The credited amount timeline depends on the student’s bank/payment gateway.
- Gradding is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
9. Final Authority
- Gradding reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund request.
- Decisions made by Gradding management are final and binding.
- Any misuse of policy, false documentation, or misleading claims may result in account termination without refund.
