Refund Rules


Refund Process:

 To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will review your request and initiate the refund process if you meet the eligibility criteria.


Refund Timeline: 

Refunds will be processed within a few business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.


Non-Refundable Items:

Some items, such as application fees charged by universities, visa fees, and other third-party expenses, are non-refundable. will not be able to refund these charges.


For Study Abroad Application Packages

Here are the criteria based on which you are eligible for the refund:

  • If a customer has paid the full amount for Lite, Basic, or Pro study plans, and they do not receive access to the website within 8 days from the date of purchase. The customer must ensure the following conditions are met to claim a refund, provided:
  • They must have used the appropriate credentials to access their account on the website.
  • They must have coordinated with the team for resolution, especially if the team reaches out before the 8-day period from the date of purchase.
  • If a customer pays an amount that exceeds the price of the course listed on the official website, they will receive a refund for the extra amount paid only.
  • If the teacher cancels 4 or more sessions in a row without giving any prior notice or communicating through official channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp, or Email.

For Test Preparation (Online/Offline Mode)

IELTS training class fees are non-refundable, and so are adjusting the fees that have been paid.

The student may be entitled to claim a refund only for reasons attributable to the student's health concerns upon the student informing of his/her incapability to attend the classes for reasons as mentioned in this clause only. A Student shall not be entitled to make a claim for a Refund under the following circumstances:

  • a. In case the student does not pay the second instalment, in pursuance of the Live Classes, within 7 days from their enrolment in the said Live Classes, the amount paid as the first instalment shall be forfeited, and the student's dashboard access shall be revoked forthwith.
  • b. Refunds shall not be made for self-study programmes, i.e., programmes where study material, test series, etc., are provided to the student in one go upon payment of fees for the Live Classes.

  • c. In the event a substantial portion of the Live Classes is conducted, no Refund whatsoever can be claimed by the student on any ground whatsoever, including health reasons. For the purposes of this clause, a substantial portion shall mean at least 25% of the course having been completed in relation to the Live Classes.

For Visa Charges 

At, you will get only facilities, and the payment and services are in the hands of service providers directly.

  • After the visa is filled completely, the client is not eligible for any refund 
  • If the client backs out after visa documentation, they are not eligible for a refund.
  • For orders cancelled on the client's request within 24 24hours of visa filing and do not charge anything in the document, the amount will only be partially refunded.
  • Our company will not be responsible in case of delay due to the third-party services for visa and application processing time; in these cases, the applicant cannot demand a refund from us.
  • If your visa has been rejected, you cannot ask us for a refund as we do not take any guarantee for the visa's success.

For Finance

At, we do not have any conditions directly complying with the Finance sector. However, the policies of the companies that are tied up with are applicable to all products and services that are collaborated.


For Accommodation

At, you will get only facilities, and the re-payment and services are in the hands of service providers directly. Thus, does not have any call over the refund, as the third party through which students connect are solely the decision maker for the refund or any other compensation.
