An Academy Profession (AP) degree, common in Denmark and similar systems, is roughly equivalent to a UK Higher National Diploma (HND) or Foundation Degree. Yes, many UK universities accept AP degree holders into the final year of a related Bachelor's program, known as a "top-up" degree. This typically takes one additional year full-time, letting you earn a full UK Bachelor's qualification without repeating earlier coursework already completed abroad.

Most UK universities require IELTS 6.0-6.5 overall (with no band below 5.5-6.0) for undergraduate-level top-up programs. Some institutions accept equivalent tests like PTE Academic or TOEFL. English-medium instruction certificates from your previous AP program may also be accepted, depending on the university's admissions policy.
