You will not be able to practice law in the UK or your home country immediately after you complete your LL.M in the UK. For that, you will have to fulfil the licensing and training requirements.
You can apply for an LL.M program in the UK even if you have not done your UG in Law. There are a lot of UK universities which accept students from non-law backgrounds.
