You can study an MBA in the UK without having a GMAT score. There are more than 50 UK universities which offer MBA programs that do not require a good GMAT score. Instead, they look for a more holistic profile. 

Work experience is not a universally mandatory requirement for an MBA in the UK. There are top institutes like London Business School and Oxford which need 2 to 5 years of work experience. But there are also other UK universities that offer MBA programs that fresh graduates can apply to. 

A full time MBA program in the UK usually lasts 1 year (12 months). This is much shorter than the 2 year MBA programs which are common in countries like the UK.

You can easily work in the UK after completing your MBA by using either the Graduate Visa (Post-Study Work) or the Skilled Worker Visa.
