Law Courses in USA for Undergraduate Students

No, the USA does not usually provide an undergraduate LL.B., like many other nations. Students mainly finish a 4 year bachelor's degree first and then study for a Juris Doctor(J.D) which is the main U.S law degree. 

There is no exact U.S equivalent to an LL.B. The main USA degree is the J.D. Foreign law graduates may also study an LL.M., which is usually a one year advanced law program. 

A J.D is the main law degree in the USA and mainly takes 3 years after a bachelor's degree for people who already have a law degree. LL.M graduate may be able to take a bar exam in some states mainly depending on the rules of the state.

It basically depends on the courses, J.D program may require the LSAT or accept the GRE. Most of the LL.M courses do not require the LSAT, it usually considers your previous law degree, scholarly records, English skills and other application documents.

Not automatically, foreign law graduates must meet the requirements of the state where they want to practice. Some states may allow foreign lawyers to qualify via an LL.M and a bar exam. However requirements are different in each state.
