Housing Agent: Good afternoon, and welcome to Habitat Hunters. You must be Joseph.
Joseph: Yes, that’s right. You said on the phone that I could come by 2 o'clock. Sorry, I’m a little early.
Housing Agent: uh… No problem at all. In Calgary’s market, you have to move fast if you want to get an apartment.
Joseph: Actually, I will settle for almost anything. I’ve been here 10 days, and the hotel is ruining me. My father has been on a strict budget.

Housing Agent: It’s alright. $500 per month, but there’s no bathroom.
Joseph: What! No bathroom!
