ETS, The Educational Testing and Assessment Organisation, and The National Indian Students and Alumni Union (NISAU) have announced the second edition of the ‘UK-India TOEFL Scholarship 2024, offering financial support to Indian scholars. The initiative aims to assist students committed to pursuing full-time undergraduate (UG) or postgraduate programs in the UK, covering expenses such as tuition, books, transportation, etc. Moreover, applications are open until July 15, 2024, for those who want to pursue their higher education in the UK.

Step 1: Applicants submit their ETS ID to begin their process.
Step 2: The candidates who have scored 75 or above will be asked to:
Step 3: The Essay submission will be evaluated along with other personal and academic credentials according to the applicant’s eligibility and the completeness of the supporting documentation submitted by the 15th of July.
Step 4: A maximum of ten (10) applicants will be selected and will be sent a notification from ETS India latest by 15th Aug 2024.
ETS TOEFL has collaborated with the National Indian Students and Alumni Union (NISAU) and launches the second edition of the UK-India TOEFL Scholarship 2024. The grant seeks to support 10 Indian students with Rs 2.5 lakh. Students who wish to study in the UK can apply for the scholarship at TOEFLtest.in/scholarship. The last date for Indian scholars to apply for the scholarship is July 15 2024.
The Scholarship is targeted to help the students who are willing to pursue full-time undergraduate or postgraduate studies in the UK in the fall 2024 or spring 2025 session. This grant will only be awarded once that will help students with living expenses such as books, tuition, and travel. Moreover, interested scholars can find all the information and application process on the official website of ETS or NISAU.
Speaking about the initiative, the country manager of India and South Asia at ETS, Sachin Jain, said: “The scholarship aligns with our mission of advancing equity and access to quality higher education globally. The TOEFL test remains the most widely accepted test of English-language proficiency and has enabled admissions of millions of deserving students to universities worldwide." Moreover, the successful recipients of the scholarship will serve as a TOEFL ambassador during their studies, promoting the program, and sharing their experiences.
