Scholarship Overview
University of East London offers the UEL International Scholarship. This one time scholarship offered by the International Students Office of University of East London awards scholarships to degree-seeking students who have specified financial needs. Note that a large portion of the scholarship funds come from International student tuition. UEL International Scholarship is applicable for Masters Degree. The award is applicable for the courses like MSc Civil Engineering with Industrial Placement,MSc Construction Engineering Management,MSc Construction Engineering Management with Industrial Placement,MSc Structural Engineering,MSc Structural Engineering with Industrial Placement,MS in Mechanical Engineering,MSc Civil Engineering. If we consider the amount of the UEL International Scholarship, then it varies each semester. The applicants should review the scholarship application in order to fully understand the availability and amount for that particular semester. To qualify for the award, candidates must have completed the Bachelor degree and passed the 12th grade. Foreign students wishing to apply for this scholarship must take English proficiency exams such as IELTS.

Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship when they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. No separate application is needed. This scholarship is applicable for Masters Degree, Bachelors Degree.

Scholarship Eligibility
- No Special Restriction applicable.
- must hold a minimum 2:2 BEng Honours or 2:1 BSc Honours in relative Engineering.
- Knowledge of English and Maths is expected.
- Must satisfy the English language proficiency requirement with Overall IELTS 6.0 - a minimum of 6.0 in Writing and Speaking; minimum 5.5 in Reading and Listening (or recognised equivalent).

- Students must have at least a 3 year Second Division Honours Bachelor of Arts, Science or Commerce (minimum length 3 years), or BEng, BAgriculture, B Laws, B Medicine, B Dentistry (3 year Bachelor or Arts, Science or Commerce, BTech etc - i.e.
- not Honours also acceptable) and have scored an average of: 50% or above from the following Universities: Delhi; Mumbai; Pune; Kolkata; Chennai; Anna; Bharatiyar; MSU Baroda; Bangalore 55% or above from all other recognised institutions Universities we are aware of with different grading scales and required score: Gujarat Technological University: CGPA 5.8 Amity University: CGPA 5.5 Kannur University: B or above.
