The situation occurred almost one year ago, when my little sister was turning seven and I decided to organise the party all by myself.

I had promised to organize a small gathering for her; however, just two days before the occasion, the venue where we made the reservation called us and cancelled it due to the occurrence of some plumbing issues. Now I was left with limited time and finances. Thus, I had to come up with an entirely new plan with the help of our backyard only.

To be honest, it was anything but easy. What I had to do was visualize the transformation from an ordinary backyard into something magical that would fascinate the child. For the construction of a tent, I used our old bedsheets, and for the fairy lights, I used the ones that we already possessed.
